Rising over 50 feet and weighing more than 700++ kilograms, this metal installation transforms the central atrium into a living sculpture one that connects earth to sky, structure to spirit.

A Ribbon That Breathes Celebration

Conceived as a symbol of festivity and continuity, The Inter-woven embodies the rhythm of celebration. Its bold red form sweeps through the space like a flowing ribbon, echoing the pulse of human movement and the vibrancy of shared experiences.
Suspended from above, it begins at the skylight a gesture of ascent and travels fluidly down to the ground, where it rests as a sculpted bench, inviting pause and interaction.

This transition from sculpture to seating captures Sparc Design’s core philosophy: architecture should not only be seen, but felt.

Crafted in Metal, Forged in Imagination

The installation’s journey from concept to completion was as dynamic as its final form.
Hundreds of 3D visualisations and mock-ups were explored to refine each curve and proportion. The team experimented with light, scale, and reflection until the ribbon achieved its perfect balance light in movement, strong in presence.Fabricated entirely in metal, every segment of The Inter-woven was designed for both visual fluidity and structural integrity. Its red hue vibrant yet sophisticated contrasts elegantly with the mall’s neutral palette of beige and grey, transforming the atrium into an ever-changing composition of colour, reflection, and form.
